What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, your email address, and anything you choose to write in the optional field about your situation. That is all. We do not collect documents, health records, or financial records through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about early access to Deana and to understand what to build first. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send spam.

Who processes it

Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, a form service that delivers your submission to us. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both companies process your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until Deana launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Email hello@deana.ai and we will delete your information promptly and confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@deana.ai. There is no account to manage and nothing to unsubscribe from except our emails, which every message will let you opt out of.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. When the Deana service launches, a fuller policy covering documents and storage connections will replace this one, and we will tell waitlist members before it takes effect.
